Please watch this, friends. I see too many people still in college, some even in the workplace, complaining (maybe even bragging) about how little they sleep.
I became physically ill and burned out mentally because of months of sleep deprivation from art college and post-college. I'm fine, now, but it took a long time to recover. It is not a fun experience and to this day I wonder why I tortured myself for so long before breaking.
I did it because I felt like I was working harder if I didn't sleep. But the truth is you are more productive and inspired if you sleep and take care of yourself (which
